Culinary Classes - Below are sample classes that can be catered to your location, event & budget

Make and Enjoy “Pasta” Dinner

From “Scratch” pasta, summer tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella! You heard right, everything from “scratch” with your own two hands. Learn the basics of making fresh pasta dough that can be formed into so many shapes, and stretching mozzarella and we will turn it delicious memorable class

Menu includes Caprese Salad, Fresh Pasta with a quick summer tomato sauce and Italian Bread

Class includes ‘hands on” instructions, recipes, recipes, sit down meal, Italian non-alcoholic soda bar, and pasta to take home.


Cheese Making

Do you LOVE cheese?  Imagine making your favorite Italian dish with fresh homemade Mozzarella and Ricotta or creating a delicious cream cheese spread for your favorite bagel. This class will cover the basics of making fresh mozzarella, Ricotta and Cream Cheese along with a discussion on supplies and equipment.  

Class includes step by step “hands on” instructions, and tasty samples.


Edible Holiday Gifts – This class can be set up as adult only or parent & child

Believe or not, but the holidays right around the corner! Join us and get into the holiday spirit, while crossing off some names on your holiday gift list. We will be making and packaging edible gifts with tags and recipes included that all will be envy to receive.

In this “hands on” class we will be making Cookie Dough to Freeze, Coffee Mug Mixers, Salted Caramel Crunch, Pistachio & Cherry Chocolate Bark, and Flavored Sugars

Class includes all ingredients and packaging materials, recipes and whole lot of holiday spirit.


Holiday Cookies – Bake and Take it Home

Get all your holiday cookie baking done in one night without all the shopping and clean up!  This hands-on class is designed so that you leave with dozens of Holiday cookies to enjoy or to give as wonderful gifts. Everyone will go home with dozens of different types of fresh baked decorated cookies.  

This class will have a material fee added and given to instructor at the beginning of the class.


Fresh Pasta Making & Sauces

Join us in the kitchen learning how to create fresh pasta from scratch. This “hands-on” pasta class will walk you through the steps for making perfect dough every time. We will be rolling out, cutting, hand forming and cooking pasta.

Menu includes making fettucine pasta with a simple but delicious fresh tomato sauce and a Lemon Pepper Fettucine with a Light Alfredo Sauce.

Class includes all ingredients, recipes, tasty samples and a fresh pasta to take home.
