I started teaching classes over ten years ago to help others nourish their mind, body and soul.
I began my journey by becoming a Master Food Preserver through Cornell University and
continued my culinary education with various personal enrichment programs.
​
My classes are geared for private, group and corporate settings. I've taught at WIlliams-Sonoma, Natirar Montage Resorts, Sur-la-Table,
Farm Cooking School, and Bed Bath & Beyond just to name a few.
​
I'm also a motivational speaker for heart failure patients, families and caretakers
to help uplift and guide them through life changes, challenges, and fear.
I'm married to my childhood sweetheart, have one amazing daughter and Nana to my Little Ms. Sunshine. I love talking about food, cookbooks, ingredients, travel, crafting, gardening and life.
